3. Wallet and Account

One Wallet, One Account: Each cryptocurrency wallet address is associated with only one account. Using multiple accounts with the same wallet, or sharing wallet addresses, violates these terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and any credentials. We are not responsible for any unauthorized access to your account or wallet.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Automation: Using bots, scripts, automated tools, or any form of automation to claim rewards or manipulate the Platform
• Fraud: Attempting to deceive the system or other users through false information
• Abuse: Repeatedly claiming in violation of cooldown periods or Platform rules
• Manipulation: Attempting to game the system, exploit vulnerabilities, or artificially inflate earnings
• Illegal Activity: Using the Platform for any illegal or unlawful purpose
• Harassment: Harassing or threatening other users or Platform staff
• System Interference: Attempting to interfere with Platform operations or security

5. Reward Distribution

No Guaranteed Earnings: Rewards are provided "as is" and are not guaranteed. Earnings may vary based on Platform performance, user activity, and ad network availability. We reserve the right to modify reward amounts at any time.

Reward Eligibility: To receive rewards, you must comply with all terms and conditions. Violations may result in forfeiture of pending rewards.

6. Cooldown and Rate Limiting

The Platform enforces cooldown periods between claims to ensure fair distribution. Attempting to bypass these cooldowns or claim faster than allowed violates these terms and may result in penalties.

7. Abuse Detection and Enforcement

Detection Systems: We employ security systems to detect abuse, including pattern analysis, device fingerprinting, IP tracking, and behavioral monitoring.

Warnings and Restrictions: Users suspected of abuse will receive warnings. Continued violations may result in temporary locks, cooldown extensions, or permanent suspension.

Admin Discretion: In cases of suspected abuse, admin decisions are final. We may restrict, lock, or suspend accounts as we deem appropriate to maintain Platform integrity.

8. Tap-to-Earn and Faucet Rules

Fair Play: All interactive games (tap-to-earn, watch videos, etc.) must be played legitimately. Using tools or techniques to simulate participation is prohibited.

Performance-Based: Rewards from interactive games are based on your actual performance. Automated or artificial performance may result in reduced rewards or account suspension.

9. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violating these terms. Upon suspension or termination, all pending rewards may be forfeited.

If you believe your account was suspended incorrectly, you may contact us to appeal. However, the decision to reinstate an account is at our sole discretion.

10. Cryptocurrency and Financial Disclaimer

No Financial Advice: ClaimFastPepe is not a financial advisor. We do not provide investment advice or recommendations. Cryptocurrency is volatile and carries risk.

Your Responsibility: You are responsible for understanding the risks of cryptocurrency, managing your own assets, and complying with local tax regulations.

Platform Liability: We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or issues resulting from cryptocurrency price fluctuations, wallet security, or third-party services.

11. Third-Party Services

ClaimFastPepe may integrate with third-party ad networks and payment services. We are not responsible for their actions, policies, or any issues arising from their services. Review their terms separately.

12. Limitation of Liability

ClaimFastPepe is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Your sole remedy is discontinuing use of the Platform.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.
